El Doradillo Beach
This beach, famous for being the best place for coastal whale watching (June to November) with your own binoculars, is located 17 km north of the city of Puerto Madryn.
Due to their characteristics, whales come very close to the coast, and can be seen and heard from the beach or from the surrounding cliffs. There is a viewing platform built by the Patagonia Natural Foundation, where information about the whales' characteristics and habits is provided.
